The sponsorship level selected through this form is being purchased for the 2026 Runway Uncorked experience. Sponsorship availability is limited and is secured only after the required payment has been successfully completed.

 

All information provided must be complete and accurate. The individual submitting this form confirms that they are authorized to purchase the selected sponsorship and submit company information and brand assets on behalf of the organization listed.

 

Sponsorship Confirmation

 

Following successful payment, the purchasing organization will receive:

 

• A payment and sponsorship confirmation

• A formal Sponsorship Agreement

• Sponsorship onboarding information

• Marketing-material requirements and deadlines

• Event information and activation details

• Instructions regarding included tickets and partnership benefits

 

The organization’s sponsorship benefits become active after payment has been successfully received. Runway Uncorked may require the organization to sign a formal Sponsorship Agreement before certain benefits, promotional placements, tickets, credentials, or activations are released.

 

Logo and Brand-Asset Authorization

 

By uploading a company logo, trademark, photograph, or other brand asset, you confirm that:

 

• You are authorized to submit and approve the use of the uploaded materials.

• The materials do not violate the intellectual-property or other rights of another individual or organization.

• Runway Uncorked may use the submitted materials for sponsor recognition, event promotion, social media, printed programs, digital marketing, signage, websites, photography, video, and partnership fulfillment.

• Runway Uncorked may resize, crop, or reformat submitted materials when reasonably necessary for placement, but will not intentionally alter the organization’s brand identity.

 

Runway Uncorked may request a transparent, higher-resolution, or alternate version of any submitted logo or brand asset. Failure to provide requested materials by the communicated deadline may limit or prevent inclusion in certain printed, digital, promotional, or event materials.

 

Sponsorship Availability

 

Each sponsorship level is subject to availability. If a technical error allows the purchase of a partnership that is no longer available, Runway Uncorked will contact the purchaser and offer an available alternative or issue a refund.

 

Runway Uncorked reserves the right to reject or cancel a sponsorship that conflicts with the organization’s mission, values, event standards, safety requirements, audience, or brand image. If Runway Uncorked cancels the sponsorship for these reasons before benefits have been fulfilled, the applicable refund terms will be communicated in writing.

 

Payments and Refunds

 

All sponsorship payments are final and non-refundable except:

 

• When Runway Uncorked is unable to provide the purchased sponsorship level

• When otherwise stated in the executed Sponsorship Agreement

• When required by applicable law

 

Failure to use tickets, attend the event, submit marketing materials, or participate in available benefits does not entitle the sponsor to a refund.

 

Payment-processing fees, if applicable, may be non-refundable.

 

Event Changes

 

Runway Uncorked reserves the right to adjust event dates, times, locations, schedules, programming, designers, speakers, performers, layouts, or other event elements when reasonably necessary.

 

Such adjustments do not automatically constitute grounds for a refund, provided that Runway Uncorked continues to offer substantially comparable sponsorship recognition or benefits.

 

Authorization

 

By submitting this form and completing payment, you certify that:

 

• You are authorized to represent and financially obligate the organization listed.

• All submitted information is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

• You authorize Runway Uncorked to use the submitted logo and brand assets as described above.

• You have reviewed and agree to this Sponsorship Purchase Policy.
