For years, AndreaDenise ̶ known across the fashion world as Sweetz, but simply Drea to family and friends ̶ has been the energy behind the runway. From New York to Atlanta, and now Houston, she’s brought charisma, grace, and heart to every stage she’s touched.
Now, for the first time, she steps not just onto the runway, but behind it ̶ as the founder and producer of Runway Uncorked 2026, a showcase where high fashion meets fine wine and every glass raised celebrates creativity, culture, and community.
Born out of a love for both style and connection, Runway Uncorked invites guests to sip, strut, and celebrate the artistry of fashion while exploring the vibrant intersection between elegance and experience.
Giving back isn’t new for AndreaDenise ̶ it’s a calling woven through generations of women in her family. Her path began in Atlanta, Georgia (2012) as an extra on TV shows, music videos, and artist release events, and as a host for GEI Fashion shows. In 2018 she returned to New York to help care for her great-grandmother, who lived to 97 before passing in 2023. Relocating to Houston at the end of 2023, she now channels years of work into this debut production.
Today, as President of GEI Houston and an advocate for Autism Awareness since 2005, and as an RBT and clinic coordinator, she continues to bridge creativity and compassion ̶ using fashion as a platform for purpose.

This November, GEI: Houston proudly presents Runway Uncorked 2026, an elevated fashion and wine experience bringing together designers, models, beauty professionals, entrepreneurs, luxury brands, wineries, media, and community leaders for an unforgettable celebration of fashion, culture, and connection.
Founded by AndreaDenise "Sweetz," President of GEI: Houston, Runway Uncorked was inspired by years of participating in fashion shows, hosting runway events, and working behind the scenes alongside designers, models, photographers, and creative professionals. Those experiences sparked a vision to create something bigger than a traditional fashion show—an experience where fashion creates opportunity, businesses build partnerships, and communities come together.
This is more than a runway.
It is the beginning of a brand built to inspire, connect, and grow.

Runway Uncorked was never created to be a one-night fashion event. It was created to become an annual luxury fashion and wine experience that begins in Houston and expands into cities across the United States—and, one day, around the world.
